Two-point perspective starts with a straight
horizon line at eye level across your page. Place one
vanishing point on the left and another on the right, both sitting on that horizon. Every line that runs deep into the scene on the left side will aim toward the left VP. Every line that runs deep on the right side aims toward the right VP. Vertical edges stay upright. This is how we draw most corners we see in real life, like standing on a sidewalk and looking at a building edge. Your angry squirrel staring at a phone still needs a believable bench and wall behind them, and two-point keeps those props grounded.
⚡ DID YOU KNOW?
The horizon line is not always the sky. Indoors, the horizon is an imaginary line across the walls at the height of your eyes.
